Covid Concerns
We got engaged and secured our date at this location back in 2019. We made initial deposits prior to the outbreak of the pandemic. Texas restrictions are allowing for wedding venues to stay open, so we are locked in to this date. Like many of you, we were hopeful that it would have blown over by now. If you do not feel comfortable attending in person, we absolutely understand. A Zoom link will be provided for all guests. For those of you who would still like to attend in person, there are a number of safety measures in addition to the half-capacity regulations from the state of Texas.
In-Person Restrictions
Masks
Masks will be required for all guests over 5. They must be worn at all times during the ceremony. They must be worn at any time guests are not seated and actively eating. Guests who do not wear a mask will be removed, so that we stay in compliance with venue restrictions.
Temperature checks
Temperature checks will be required at the door. If you are running a fever or showing any symptoms, we will unfortunately be forced to turn you away per Texas and venue restrictions. Please practice responsible hygiene throughout the event, including regular handwashing.
Distancing
All groups are to maintain a 6 foot distance between other groups whenever possible (i.e. minimal socializing outside of the group you came with). All groups must maintain 2 empty seats between them and the next group during the ceremony. The venue recommends no intimate contact with those outside of the group you arrived with.
Zoom
A password-protected zoom link will be provided to all invited guests. You do not have to be physically present to share our special day with us.
Register for Zoom
Please provide your name and e-mail so that we can send you the Zoom link and password. We’ll be sure to send it to you 24 hours before.
